Mmmm, a nice, steaming hot cup of coffee! What could be better? It’s how I start my day every day! My husband and I are both coffee lovers. Not fancy coffee drinks, just plain, black coffee, and lots of it! We met our senior year of high school and have been together ever since. To turn a phrase, he’s just my cup of coffee!
Our sponsor for this challenge is STAMPlorations. I chose their Framed Coffee to Go image to make this card for hubby. I printed it out on a coffee splattered digital paper that I have saved on my computer. It’s from a clip art collection called With All My Heart that I downloaded in 2005.

The patterned paper underneath is from a Love Nicole 6×6 paper pad called Autumn Splendor. For “you are just my cup of” I used a font on my computer and printed/cut in Silhouette Design Studio. The two dies are from Pink and Main, Mod Stitched Rectangle Dies and Double Stitched Heart Dies. I love the shape of both of them, particularly the heart. Sometimes hearts are too long and narrow, but these dimensions look really cute to my eye!
Do you love coffee as much as I do? If so, link your coffee project over at Cut it Up for a chance to win the $20 gift code from STAMPlorations!

So CUTE Evelyn! and yessss, I love my coffee too! These days I drink it a lot since I’m so busy caring for elderly parents… I really like the image and design of your card! Have a wonderful Thanksgiving!

Such a sweet card for your husband!! The little heart is the perfect finishing touch!
Love your card, especially the dies and the papers; like how you created your sentiment on your computer! Take care and enjoy your weekend.
A Super card, and so good to hear you keep your digital files as long I do hahaha. A great mix of colours and designs, and I love the coffee cup. I love my Cameo too, great minds think alike!
This card is gorgeous and I love the colours you have used! Coffee smells so nice but it doesn’t taste the same so I am a tea drinker!
What a very pretty card!! Love the pretty papers you used!!
Have a wonderful day,
Gerda
