Some Christmas cards

I still need lots of Christmas cards so I thought today would be as good a day as any to work on some. I had some leftover die cuts on my desk and tried to make cards with them.

I thought I’d start with the owls to give myself a challenge. I looked to see if I had a paper pad with blue papers in it and found this one.

That’ll work. Next I visited Kristie Marcotte’s blog to find a sketch. I went with the first one in this post. Then I got to work! I made four cards.

The sentiment is from Unity Stamp’s Just Plain Christmas Greetings set.

So that’s that! Four more cards done!

I created this little blog so that I could have a place to show different crafts that I make for my family, my friends, my students, and myself! I have always enjoyed crafting. I particularly love paper and wool, and that's what I'm currently working with.

Those owls are so stinkin’ CUTE! I also like that adorable little elf girl! Can’t wait to see what you make with her! I don’t think I have that paper pad but I love the colors! You did a great job knocking out some more Christmas cards. I just need to sit down and write out the envelopes and sign the insides of my cards since I still had them from last year when I accidentally packed them away during phase 1 of our move. I found the box they were in so that’s good. Just finding the time to finish them off to mail is another story! LOL But I will be getting them out this year no matter what! šŸ™‚
