Using up leftover cuts and scraps

I love using leftover cuts and scraps, don’t you?  Everything on this card is either a leftover or a scrap.  They came together nicely, and now I have another note card for my stash!  🙂

    Hi Evelyn! I LOVE this card – I’m a sucker for anything aquatic and the layers/colors/background just seem to click on this design perfectly!
