Cut it Up Clovers

It’ll be St. Patrick’s Day in less than a month, and this Clover challenge from Cut it Up was the perfect impetus to get me going on my St. Pat’s cards this year.  My mother’s father was from Ireland, so that makes me 1/4 Irish (my kids 1/8 and my granddaughter 1/16! 🙂 )  So I do send out cards.

I went with print and cut this time with an adorable clip art collection from our sponsor, Kitten Scraps, called Irish Blessings Mice I created the background paper in Microsoft Word using one of the images in the set.  I just copied and pasted it a million times. These I embossed. The inside of the card also features one of the mice from the set.  The sentiment is computer generated using PC Shamrock font on my computer in bold.

Here they all are!!  Hope you join us for this challenge.  You must include a die cut and a shamrock somewhere on your project.  You could be the random winner who gets a $20 gift code from Kitten Scraps to use on NS Designs or Kitten Scraps products!  And they’re super cute!!

I created this little blog so that I could have a place to show different crafts that I make for my family, my friends, my students, and myself! I have always enjoyed crafting. I particularly love paper, and that's what I'm currently working with.

Great idea, like the card variations; I really need to use the print ‘n cut feature on my cameo.

  2. So, so adorable! I love the embossing and CG papers; those mice are too cute! The one embossing folder looks so much like shamrocks, confetti and streamers! Perfect choice!

These are great and so festive. My kids are 1/4 irish, so we celebrate as well.
