Every last drop Christmas card

For this Christmas card, I used something that we normally throw away — the cover of a 6 x 6 paper pad.  You know anything by Doodlebug Designs is too cute to throw away!  I wanted to use every last drop, so I cut out the waving Santa from the cover of the Here Comes Santa Claus paper pad to use on this card.   I also used one of my favorite sketches, #5 from Paper Play Sketches.

This is another sketch that I made a cut file for in Silhouette Design studio so I can use it anytime without having to figure out that angle. The papers are from the Here Comes Santa Claus paper pad, too, and the snowflakes are a punch.

About Evelyn

I created this little blog so that I could have a place to show different crafts that I make for my family, my friends, my students, and myself! I have always enjoyed crafting. I particularly love paper, and that's what I'm currently working with.

That is a great idea! I will have to look at all of the covers to my paper pads now before I throw them out! By the way your card is adorable!
    Have a great day!
