Cut it Up – Cats or Dogs?

Dogs.  Definitely dogs.  Enough said.
(I don’t want to get myself in trouble . . .)

Which do you prefer?  That’s the question this challenge at Cut it Up.

I made this swing card for my neighbors whose dog had to be euthanized after being on death’s door for almost a year.  (I looked after this dog when they went away on vacation last summer and they left a shovel in the back yard just in case.)  Anyway, even though it was expected, it hurt nonetheless.  The family is so sad.  I thought I’d let them know we were thinking of them.

The card is made using the Sizzix Card Circle Flip-its #2 die set and stamps from the Fetching Friendship stamp set by Newton’s Nook, one of our sponsors for this challenge.  The paper is retired from Close to My Heart.

Come on over to Cut it Up and see what the other DT members have chosen – cats or dogs – then link up your own project.  There are two prizes up for grabs this time.  Heartfelt Creations has donated a $20.00 Heartfelt Creations Gift Certificate and  Newton’s Nook
also has donated a $20 gift certificate to their store!

About Evelyn

I created this little blog so that I could have a place to show different crafts that I make for my family, my friends, my students, and myself! I have always enjoyed crafting. I particularly love paper, and that's what I'm currently working with.

I’m a DOG person myself! Allergic to cats (Probably a good thing) LOL But I am sorry to hear about your neighbors’ dog… It’s always so sad when a family member gets ill… even the furry family members… I think they will appreciate your kindness with this card. It’s a wonderful image and I love the sizzix flip dies.. they are always so fun to use! Have a great Weekend Evelyn!
