Cut it Up – Digitally Yours

Digitally yours??  That’s the theme this time around at Cut it Up.  It means to use a digital image on your project (that includes a die cut, of course!)

We had an awesome sponsor for this challenge, A Day for Daisies.  I used the

Fuzzy Bunnies image.  Isn’t it adorable??  As soon as I saw it, I knew exactly what I wanted to do with it – the image, I mean.  I didn’t have an idea what kind of project to make.  But I knew my granddaughter would love anything I did with it.  She loves bunnies!  I decided to make a bunny basket.I used this basket from Jamie Lane.  I brought the file into Silhouette Design Studio and then brought in the image.  I did a print and cut of the basket with the images on it.  I printed the image a fifth time to fussy cut and use as mask so that I could have white bunnies on a pink-inked basket!

I loved it so much I decided to make a matching easel card, too.

Hope you join in and use a digital image this week and link it to Cut it Up.  You could win a $12 gift card from A Day for Daisies!  That’s equal to three images of your choice.  Head on over to Cut it Up and see what the other design team members did with their digital images from ADFD!  🙂  See you there!

I created this little blog so that I could have a place to show different crafts that I make for my family, my friends, my students, and myself! I have always enjoyed crafting. I particularly love paper, and that's what I'm currently working with.
