PDE Linky Party – January 2018 Anything Goes

We’re getting crafty again over at PDE Linky Party and Anything Goes!  You may know that I’m decades behind on my scrapbooking and am trying to get my photos all done.  Here’s a layout using photos from 1986.  The Texas Instruments’ TI99-4A was our first computer.  We used an old television for a monitor.  My son loved working and playing on it, even at three years old!  He needed a booster seat to reach the keyboard!

See the ketchup bottle to his right?  That was really a telephone!  Yes!! We’re a family of geeks!  🙂

I designed the page to be super basic and square to reflect the early computer.  The robot is from the Cricut Robotz cartridge, of course!

Link up your project over at our linky party!

About Evelyn

I created this little blog so that I could have a place to show different crafts that I make for my family, my friends, my students, and myself! I have always enjoyed crafting. I particularly love paper, and that's what I'm currently working with.

Our first computer was also a TRS-80!!!!!! I finally gave it away last year to Goodwill recycling.

Aahhhh… the good old days!! Adorable layout and I love the phone!! I don’t even want to try and backtrack to do layouts anymore – but I’m happy to see you making a go at it! I like the design and the cute robot! 🙂
