25 Days of Christmas Crafting Day 12 – Snow and DCD Box

Day 12 coincides with my Die Cuttin’ Divas post. The challenge there is to make a box and my theme today is snow so I combined the two and made a box with snow! This birdhouse explosion box is from My Scrap Chick.You can see the scallops on the roof well in the photo below. I thought it looked like snow so I made it white. The edge of the bottom shingles was straight but after I assembled it, I though it should be scalloped, too, so I took my pinking shears to it.The paper is from my stash and the cardinal is clip art from my computer just print and cut in Silhouette Design Studio.
