Simple cards

Going through my craft stuff I found some partly-finished cards from when I was teaching my students how to make them.  I had brought in a few very basic supplies including a one inch circle punch.  I made this first card at school using that punch.

This second card was just the base layers and the vertical strip of paper.  The strip was white, but I used More Mustard Stampin’ Up ink to tint it. I had a couple of leaves cut out and assembled on my desk and decided to use them.  The bottom leaf is strategically placed to cover a green paint smear!

Then all each card needed was a sentiment flag, and I happen to have several sitting on my desk just waiting to be adhered to cards.  I think they turned out pretty good!  🙂

About Evelyn

I created this little blog so that I could have a place to show different crafts that I make for my family, my friends, my students, and myself! I have always enjoyed crafting. I particularly love paper, and that's what I'm currently working with.

They are sweet cards, Evelyn! I like the circles designed to be a flower… so cool and the leaves are always great on a card this time of the year! 🙂
