Stick it Down – December, 2015

I’m the featured card team member this month for Stick it Down!  And I’m doubly-honored.  This sketch is one that I designed!  🙂 I hope you love it!

Evelyn Dec card sketch

I think it can be used for a lot of things, but since this is December, I thought a baby in a manger would be appropriate.

I used Martha Stewart Metallic Glass Paint (which also can be used on paper!), Recollections brads, and Stampendous Pearluster embossing powder.  For my sunburst, I used a Tim Holtz embossing folder.

Here’s my card:

My card needed a little something extra, so I added the brads.  The svg was made from clip art I had purchased from Paper Crafting World called Silent Night, Holy Night.

I hope you play along and make a card using my sketch!  Then link it in the left-hand column over at Stick it Down!

About Evelyn

I created this little blog so that I could have a place to show different crafts that I make for my family, my friends, my students, and myself! I have always enjoyed crafting. I particularly love paper, and that's what I'm currently working with.
