Quick birthday card

Just a real quick post today; I’m gong out of town to visit family, but wanted to show you this cute, simple card.  I used the rocket image from Nifty Fifties to make this quick card for my uncle’s birthday.  The font is Fabulous Fifties, a free font that coordinates so nicely with this cartridge!  The paper is AC Patterned Paper – the travel pack.  The colors in this pack are so vibrant! and some of them, like the one I used above, really have nothing to do with traveling; they’re just basic, general patterns.

Here is the inside of the card.  I used the phrase feature:

Hope you like it!

I’ve been busy making scrapbook pages, too.  I’ll show you them soon!

I created this little blog so that I could have a place to show different crafts that I make for my family, my friends, my students, and myself! I have always enjoyed crafting. I particularly love paper, and that's what I'm currently working with.
