Happy Birthday, Daddio!

Moving right along with my goal to use each of my Cricut cartridges at least once this summer, I perused my choices and went with Nifty Fifties for this birthday card.  The gingham check is a leftover from a purchased 8 x 8 baby album kit.  The paper underneath is a scrap leftover from K & Co. Greenhouse specialty paper pad.

I can’t take credit for the design.  I copied the project in the front of the handbook, just omitting the feminine bow:

I printed the inside sentiment using Fabulous Fifties font and added a couple extra cuts from Nifty Fifties to make it really neato:

I think the font is a perfect match for this cartridge!

About Evelyn

I created this little blog so that I could have a place to show different crafts that I make for my family, my friends, my students, and myself! I have always enjoyed crafting. I particularly love paper and wool, and that's what I'm currently working with.
