Frame Challenge

Today’s challenge at Paper Crafting World is to make a frame with a girly or kid theme, black and white plus colors, and glam it up.  I created the frame using a shape from the SCAL library and embellished it using the gorgeous little bear from the  Kisses 2 U file (I love her slouched socks!), and the butterfly, swirl, and flower files from the Scalloped Circle Card file.

This is about as “glammed-up” as I get, and this was a stretch for me!!  The rhinestones are from Recollections, available at Michaels, and the ribbon is from their dollar bin.  I don’t think I would put a photo in this frame because it’s too busy, but it would do very nicely for a title, maybe for a scrapbook page or the cover of a mini-album.

Now it’s time for you go get busy!  Melin has afree file for you to use to make your frame and enter the challenge.  Then check back here next Tuesday to see what I come up with using the free file.  Good luck!
