Wedding card

I needed a wedding card and don’t have any cartridges with wedding images on them.  This image is from Denise’s wedding font.  I have a pad of white Colorbok paper, which has a little bit of texture to it, and used that for the base of the card.

Inside, I adhered a square (rectangle, really) of pretty green paper from my scraps, and popped the newlyweds with dimensionals from Stampin’ Up.  The sentiment is also Stampin’ Up.  I don’t take any chances with stamping a sentiment directly on my card these days.  Either I stamp the blank card before I start to put it together, or I do as I did here – stamp it on another piece of paper and adhere it.  I like this method because it gives me a chance to add a little color to the inside of the card, too!

About Evelyn

I created this little blog so that I could have a place to show different crafts that I make for my family, my friends, my students, and myself! I have always enjoyed crafting. I particularly love paper, and that's what I'm currently working with.
